Very poor sound quality

Hello,

I have a huge problem with my mixvibes. It just wont work!
I have tried everything discussed from these forums here, nothing helps. My first problems are cracks in the sound. I don't know where they come from or what causes them. I have tried many setups, installed many different versions of DVS and sound card drivers. Nothing helps.
Second problem is that Mixvibes is most unreliable DVS system in my opinion. Even if I got my sound quality somenear normal(only with the cracks mentioned earlier) nest time I plug it in, I most certainly must recalibrate vinyls and today a massive distorted noise surprised me. The noise is so terrible, it's almost impossible to recognize the song what is played. I turned my laptops wifi off, the sound got even worse. If I turned wifi on, the sound got much clearer(but still with cracks) and after few moments its back distorted and terrible.

I dont know what to do. I have tried everything. I have tried it on 3 different computers, installed every update available, installed even older versions of the drivers and DVS, but nothing helps. But somehow people are using this system. So maybe there is any help for my situation.

My config

go to the download section & update first your software to DVS 7.21
Install it & follow all instructions
Publish again a config report.
Did you update first from version 6 DVS or did you get directly version 7?

This is not a driver ID. Open the soundcard control panel and look for the about menu.

Are the input switchs located in front of the device are on phono position?
