Can't download!!

hey all, please help me fast.
I need the new update DVS 7.21 but i cant download it, the reason that is showing is, that i should fill in my serial number.. but i already did it!?!?! and thats not the first time, i want to download something.. Never had this problem..:(
please please help me fast!!

At the end of the page there is a download version DVS 7.21.
Don't worry about the serial warning it's always there. If you don't see it change of brownser or clean the actual brownser cache (F5)
