SOLVED New purchase DJ TECH I-MIX, MIXVIBES 3DEX LE

Hi

Just purchased DJ TECH I-MIX, MIXVIBES 3DEX LE and have installed software OK but cannot operate i-mix controller, green light, lights up on i-mix when buttons pressed but does not do anything.

Windows vista PC

can anyone help?

Hi, I have exactly the same problem. They may be faulty. I have purchased usb sound card also. Seems like a waste now. have be trying for weeks to get it working. Any help would be greatly appriciated. It was the last one in the shop also.
