Hello! I'm sorry for my poor english ...
I have bought the vci-100 today to a friend. He gives me the CD with the serial number. I am registered on the site but I can't dowload the last update. He said that he has erased his account.
I don't understand...I am worry. I have maybe paid for nothing...
How can I resolve this problem?

They are going to need a little more info,you are regerstred on the fourm ,what issues are stopping you from downloading the up date,, more info the better, sombody will be along shortly to help , but they will need more info, by the way welcome to mixvibes

you must enter your serial number into your forum profile before you can download updates.

however, if it is an LE version of Mixvibes that you got with the VCI then there will be no updates to download.

Thanks for your answer! I think that the problem is due to the fact that the person who owned the software before had already used the serial number. And now I can't use it one more time. I have tried to contact an administrator ,"Unclevibes", but my message don't move to the section " sent messages". So I think he has not received my message.In this message, I provided my serial number and explain my problem! I think it's possible to transfer the capacity to download the update to another person. I hope!

Mixvibes version, serial number, and your forum name.

also if you can, provide the forum name of the previous owner along with his email address for verification.

Where you ever able to get the issue resolved?
I just ran in to the same problem. I got a gift of Cross, from someone who had already registered it.
