Ok so i've tried typing in my serial number in the profile page so that i can download the newest DVS 7 program update and also download the User Manual for it to because theres alot of buttons on there that i dunno what they do yet lol

I've installed the DVS software already and input the serial key and it worked fine but for some reason it just wont work online :s

Has anyone else had this problem by any chance and can lend a hand?

PM your serial number to N-deep and he will get you situated

Do the same thing...
Maybe we need to understand why there are so much double...

I wouldnt mind but i bought it brand new from Amazon so its not even asif he serial key has been used before :s

Sent the PM now though but i dont think N-Deep has been online yet

I've been noticing that too lately

N-Deep PM'ed me back earlier today saying there was an issue with the database and it was being fixed today....

Just tried my serial again and it apears to be working now. Thank for the help guys

Yeah thats true ... but the only problem is i'm working 12 hours a day this weekend lol
