Hey...

I just find out the tutorial about recording vst MIDI instruments and microphone in order to loop and scratch it in live as a media file...

I hougt that recording vst via my MIDI controller was working great but when i tried recording my voice via u46 Mic input I had some trouble to make i working great..

explain:
Fist, you have to set the U46 as mic on the 1/2 input...At this point everything is great!..But then I find out that the only way to record my voice from my mic was:
1) to go in option and set my 1/2 input (normally on vinyl) as disconnected
2)drag my audio input 1/2 from explorator in a player...
3)record my voic
4)rename the input 1/2 as "myMic" and save it as a media file
5)go back to option and put 1/2 input as vinyl
6)turn back U46 as 1/2 input vinyl as well
7)use the sample in media file and scratch it!!!

as you may see, the process is not that easy to apply it in a llive mix...

But still, I may be wrong at some step, so if you find out a more easy way to do it, let me know!!

xxxx

This is the process you have to go through to record mic in live situation with the U46MKII. This feature is aimed at users with soundcards with more than 4 in/4 out soundcards such as the edirol fa-101. The features effectiveness during a live performance does very much depend on your sound card.
