Hi all,
I'm having an annoying problem, the sound quality from all of my songs goes from good to bad. I mean, one moment everything sounds good (not for long though...) and then it starts to go slower and with noise and stuff...
When i plug in the u46 mk II into my laptop, I get a warning saying that my laptop cannot provide sufficient energy, could this be the main cause of the problem?
If u need more info, just ask, I haven't been able to use DVS properly due to this problem, so i really need some help.
I use DVS pack mk2 btw
Thnx in advanced!

Hi,
Yes this can be the origin of the issue. Can you try to plug a power supply into the U46MK2?

test all the USB ports on your laptop, they usually vary in energy levels. make sure you install the driver for every different USB port, otherwise you need to pick up a power supply.

Hi wosser,
First of all, before you buy a power supply for your U46MKII there are some check you can do to make sure that ultimately you need an external PSU.
What OEM are you using?

Oh.
Well eum, i'm actually using a mac with vmware fusion (aka i've got windows xp home edition running on my mac).
Does this affect the performance of mixvibes?

ah, i'm no expert with Windows running on Mac.
i see vmware fusion is an EMU foe Mac OS, it could be that the baddwidth is split between the two operating systems...
the usual is for Mac users to use Bootcamp, Poplocorp runs his Mixvibes install this way and doesnt have any problems.
as i say, i am no expert... try catch Polo's attention, he may be able to help you.

Bryan
