DVS 7 Pro Problems with EQ's

hi,

i use MV DVS 7 LE and it works perfectly, but not with my behringer bcd-2000 as asio card now i tried DVS 7 Pro + BCD + timecodvinyl - works wonderfull, much better than LE version, but the eq's don't work!

when i use them on the bcd console, the knobs on the screen move, but the sound stays the same, no matter what i do. even if i try changing e.g. low eq by hand/mouse it doesn't work.

so far i am really happy that DVS is workig so good, plus that it supports my BCD2000 - but without Equalizers it's all worth nothing.

could somebody please help me? i am really desperate!

i also would like to know if there is any way to integrate the bcd2000 also in DVS Le

kthxbye,

m0rb

Check that you dont have “Equilisation Bypass” selected in the mixvibes options.
Also if you have upgraded to Version 7 Pro/Producer can you enter your serial number in your profile.

Bryan

do i have to enter the new serials? i really don't care, if it say's DVS LE, or DVS - my penis is long enough to keep my head off getting troubled by those kind of things. ;)
maybe later..

anyways, thanks for the help, i think that could solve my problem. i can't try it right now, but after i slept i will try it and tell you if it worked.
thanks for the help!

cheerz,

m0rb, who so far, is very happy with mixvibes! \o/

ehh, i forgot: i got another question: if i play a set on mixvibes using partly timecodevinyls, partly actual vinyl records, can mixvibes still record the whole thing? i mean the mp3 AND the vinyl?

haven't tried it yet, i got my whole equipment just two days ago and it took me a whole day to consider how to connect all the stuff(BCD,DVS,TT's,Mixer, etc), because the bundle i bought came with no actual manual. :(

for all DJ's and those who want to start beeing one i can advise the "DJ Tech Vinyl revolution pack 20", including 2x direct USB TT's (which are only good at this price), a 2 channel mixer (junk), 2 timecode vinyls and 2 versions of MixVibes DVS LE - for just 270€ @ PEARL.de
i mean, it's not really professional equipment, but worth it's price and for beginners (or poor guys) the right choice.

edit: still one question: is i possible to implement my behringer bcd-2000 into the DVS LE version? it would save me some money for the second license, i guess.

Well i’m sorry you dont care friend, but i do. If i am going to help you with a Mixvibes product i would like to make sure you deserve it... for all i know you liked DVS LE soo much you took the time to download DVS 7 off an internet torrent site.

Doesnt really matter how big your penis is does it? it cant help you with your Mixvibes questions.

okay - i'm gonna be honest with you guys, because you really helped me last night:

atm i just own DVS LE, i downloaded the pro version to check if it is running with my bcd and stuff.

now that i am certain it runs properly, i'm gonna buy DVS Pro a.s.a.p
this how i do with all programms. download, test, and if it's worth the money, then buy it to support the publishers.

after i was fucked over by xylio (b-dj, future decks pro), atomix (vdj), image-line (deckadance) and partly by native instruments (traktor), i am glad that i finally found a software that works just fine.
i think some people can understand that i want to test a software properly before i spend 600€ for it.
and demos i can't test all functions suck. xylio proved that to me, cause there demo ran perfect, the full version was all buggy and i had to pay a lotta money.
overtal i spent about 1000€ for software, that didn't run as it was supposed to be - so i think it's my right to tryout software BEFORE buying.

don't you call me a software pirate or anything like that, because i'm not such! if a programm is worth buying it, i am buying it.

now please anybody tell me, how i can use the behringer bcd-2000 also with the DVS Le, and save me a whole lot of money...plz?
if it's not possible i am gonna order two copys of DVS Pro right now.

LE editions are limited editions offer in a bundle with controller or sound cards.
There is no change to expect. There is no MIDI in this Mixvibes DVS LE edition.
The price to upgrade to a full version is not 600€ but see the site 139€. licence are for 2 computers. http://www.mixvibes.com/site/pageeng/pa ... proupgrade

oh, that's goiod to know. i was talking to my hi-fi-salesman and he told me that each version of DVS Pro cost about 300€.

i didn't know that there is an easy update available, thanks for the hint!

by now i got it running all pretty good, alltough i'd prefer to use deckadance with the mixvibes TCV's, but deckadance doesn't support those. :(

well thanks again to everybody who helped me. as i said: a.s.a.p i'm gonna buy the update.

That's true but Mixvibes users of your program can upgrade at this low price.

Good news you will be the happiest man with it. The program you want need also to be updated (for free) after download -price given is for download only-
