Crackles, Lag, Etc Problems

hey everyone,
i've got some questions regarding crackle noises and "vinyl lag" when i am mixing and when i record...
in the mix below (im a newbie to soundforge so its not the best of sound quality to begin with) there are various noises that i either think are caused by:
1. my computer not having a enough power to handle mixvibes
2. the needles needing replaced (they are actually pretty new and i clean the records regularly)
3. lagtime with mixvibes
4. my mixer needs replaced
5. i don't have the right "settings" for all the programs i am running (ex: my volume settings/latency settings in mixvibes)
6. i dont have the needles set correctly (ex: anti-skate set to 1, etc)
If you listen to the mix below and listen at these times you will see what i am talking about:
1:24, 2:34, 3:36: 4:08, & 4:42
any help would be appreciated. i basically want to know if its a software, hardware, or configuration problem.
also, if anyone knows the "perfect" settings to ensure everything sounds right i'd greatly appreciate it (ex: needle settings, volume/misc settings in mixvibes when recording with soundforge, mixer settings).
i can provide a config report if necessary...
my set up-
computer = vostro 1500
mixer = Numark DM 2000x (had since forever ago)
Tech 1200s
Needles=shure m44Gs
U46 MK 2
MixVibes DVS
