i use a maya 44 soundcard and the newest DVS software, but once the soundcard do not give an output signal on output 2, very strange, if i change my cd players the problem remains, so i think the soundcard is broken down or is there a solution?

no, I had connected cd player 1 on input 1 and 2 and cd player 2 on input 3 and 4. and the outputs are connected to my mixer, but when i play the cd players, on input 1 and 2 is there an output signal, on input 3 and 4 not. but the led's on input 3 and 4 are burning, so maybe the card is brokendown?

You use the same source for your right deck & for the left deck so it's normal you can't get the signal through. Just go in the vinyl option & select your right source & click on apply. It should work now.
