mixvibes keeps shutting down randomly!!!! please help!!!

mixvibes has started to randomly shut down with a beeping noise on my computer!!! the program completely closes and leaves my system with a beeping noise... ihav a gig coming up and i really dont want this to happen!!! could someone please help me fix this?!?!?

i am using windows xp service pack 3

and no other programs or antiviruses are running while i am using mixvibes

You are using your inboard sound card instead of external Asio sound card. Your setup is wrong. The latency is terrible!
You have a setup assistant within mixvibes menu, use it or check in your sound & vinyl options that you defined the good sound card to use.

i was actually using the mk2 audio interface when this was happening its just that it was set to the internal soundcard when i did the configuration report but here it is set with the mk2:

Your general setup is correct.
Did you upgrade from version 6?
If yes do you have 2 different folders or only one? It's better to have 2 folders, the upgrade is installed in a new folder.
Did you (DVS is closed) try to use reset.exe in your mixvibes 7 folder? If not try it. (but you have to do again the config assistant wizard.

Other way, uninstall DVS & reinstall it!
