I have had the DVS pack for 4 months and the interface took a Word censored (guess you find it I love walking on it). How do i exchange the interface, i am surely under some warranty and need this exchanged badly for my gigs. The interface is definitly not working, i got support to give me some idea's but they didnt work, please help,

you need to contact the retailer you got it from and ask them about there returns are replace policy...

I bought it from guitar center and they told me they cant do anything that i need to contact mixvibes, they were not helpful at all.

Did you buy a Performance Guarantee on it?

Do you still have the invoice for the product ? GC should be able to coordinate an exchange with the US distributor in that case...
