Ah gotcha. The only way MV will do that is if you have BPM tags already filled in. An easy way to prevent this from happening again is after you analyze a track, click the mediabase menu (from the top bar) then click "Save ID3 Tags" and it will save your tags. I just recently started doing this myself and it makes the process much easier if something happens to your mediabase or if you need to make different ones.

Yes it is possible, as you create you media base analyse the tracks using mixvibes. You can do this by selecting all the songs in your media base (CTRL+A) then right clicking and selecting “Analyse BPM/Peak/Gain/Duration automatically”.

This will create peak files storing all the information for Mixvibes to use next time you load the media base.

If you want to store this information the your songs ID3 tags then select all the song in your media base again (CTRL+A) the navigating to “File Menu > MediaBase > Selected Item(s) > Save ID3-Tag”

Hope this help,

Regards,
Bryan

You only need to analyse a track once, wither it be by playing the song in a player or using the analyse feature... you will always have the information no matter what media base is loaded...

The only reason you will need to re-analyse the files is if you reinstall Mixvibes without backun up the Peak directory from C:/Program Files/MixvibesProducer/

Indeed you just need to be patient and let your computer work during the analysis of the files. It takes me half a day to analyze my 6000 files.
