Hi.
I have problem with my Akai MPD16, i cant set up samples in to pads and velocity in flanging effect in to scrool.

LOOP and PLAY commands is working.

in “View>info” i have proper info. (Midi1-ch1 #90 30 0 (NOTEOFF 48 0) command=PAD)


my MIDI file looks like this:

you want to add samples from the player into the sampler pads, and setup the effect Flanging from your Akai MPD16???

yes.
i cant make akai work with MV sampler,
commands like LOOP or PLAY is working properly.

i cant add samples from PLAYER->ADD function or SAMPLER->"eject" button (button on .JPG)

flanger is working but i dont have the capability to set up time of flanging.

Send from player 1
(MIDI Code) SENDSAMPLER 1 0 -5 0 0 NOUP

Send from player 2
(MIDI Code) SENDSAMPLER 2 0 -5 0 0 NOUP

This is the the strings for adding sample from the player.. replace the (MIDI COde) with the MIDI code that comes from the aki.

have you tried using the MIDI learn for adding the comands to your config file?

not working...

probably, you do not understand what is my problem. i cant control MV sampler with MPD... other MIDI commands like PLAY and LOOP is working very well.

i want to do something like this:
when i push pad 5 in akai, the music sample in mv sampler, in pad 5 is played

try having a read at this tutorial, see if it helps you any..

also the pre conf file shows a different set from the one you posted..

this is it from pad 5, seeing as you already use pads 1-4.

i used MIDI lerning function

is there a MIDI lerning tutorial or manual on forum?

not at the moment, only the in the tutorial i wrote not that long ago(link in prior post), i am writing one as we speak so it wont be long now, its going to contain MIDI learn, mv MIDI editor and MIDI via external editor (ie notepad)..
