hi! sorry my bad english....

my proplem is in deck2 and monitor.
monitor is making electrisial sound when plugged in mixer.
and when i plug monitor in my sound card it is very loud and i cant get volume down...
also , sound is terrible in deck 2 when i use cds or vinyls
when i dont use cds/vinyls the sofware works just fine and no proplems.
when i calibrate my cds there are some small singnal showing in both decks(1deck normal/2deck small wave in it) even when cd is playing in deck 1(and same otherwise 2-1)
but only sound is bad in deck2 when playing, deck 1 is fine
i have grounded the u46 in my mixer and i have ok config report and everything should be right/ok...
could it be grounding issue ?
isnt enought when grounded in mixer, in my case?
any ideas....

i will post a new config report when my gear comes back from service(cleaning cd players)
about the problem i have...

in deck 2: sound quality is very disorded/bad when playing whit cds
deck 1 is fine.

when i calibrate my cds(the monitor that shows signals) there are singnal small signal in deck2, even when deck1 is playing only(no cd in deck2)
and the other way around(deck2 playing/ no cd on deck1)

in deck2 the signal/ calibration wave is much bigger than deck1 has.
when playing only whit software(DVS) whitout cds, sound is normal and comes out clean...

monitor prob.: monitor keeps electrisial sound all the time when plugged in mixer.
when i plug monitor in directly u46 sound card, sound is so loud( breaks speakers/monitor) and i cant turn down the volume.

could it be a grounding problem or something like that?
i have grounded u46 in to my mixer. isnt enought??

Are you using a desktop or a laptop?

monitor keeps electrisial sound all the time when plugged in mixer.

Do you get this sound all the time or is it only where there is a timecode cd playing?

when i calibrate my cds(the monitor that shows signals) there are singnal small signal in deck2, even when deck1 is playing only(no cd in deck2)
and the other way around(deck2 playing/ no cd on deck1)

in deck2 the signal/ calibration wave is much bigger than deck1 has.

Make sure both the switches on the front of your u46mk2 marked “Input ½ & Input ¾” are set to “Line”.

Also make sure the “Monitor” levels are turned down and/or muted.

You shouldnt have to ground your audio device to your mixer, you may be suffering from whats known as a "Ground Loop"... but we will look into that later if all else fails, to fix ground loops you will either need to spend money or get some screw drivers out, lol.

i have mute monitor inputs in u46 control panel and devise is set to "line"
all is set and connected(like manual and videos shows)
monitor keeps the sound all the time, whit control cds/vinyl and whitout them.
grounding in mixer doesnt do anything to this proplem, but i get the
(beeb-beeb-beeping sound off  ) that i have.

problem solved!!!!
i have change my laptops battery charger in "non grounded" type
and by using 2 ground loop isolators.
now everything is just fine and sofware is working great.
problem was in my battery charger it was grounded type and DVS was going crazy when using charger...

i did bought the ground loop isolators for a "backup" but now using them all the time to improve sound quality.
now all the tiny sound clitches and etc. is gone :D
i recommend all user to have ground loop isolators if theres any small sound problems, they are great...
