Question for loop

Hey all,

I wanted to ask you guy's how i can take a loop from a song that is playing and send it to a sampler or something like that ?

What i do is make a x-beat loop at the end of the song and let it play in the mix , ofcourse i wanna change the song but i can t cause i m looping the end of it, so i was wondering someone here could explain me a technique to make a live loop and use it thru a sampler or something.

The explaination isn t that but you get my drift

YES....in both decks on the mixvibes skin under the auto loop number ( A little box where you can set loop length ) is a box with send button ( that button sends audio from the dacks to the sampler )....

now to set the sampler up ...under each sampler pad is 4 little buttons ...the second button is the loop for the sampler

here a tip....cut a 8 beat loop to the sampler ( pad 1) from one off the decks ...now change the track , & mix it intime with the loop... cut another 8 beat loop from the new track and send to pad 2
so on & so on untill you have all 16 pad with 8 beat loop all running in time.....that will give you something toplay with
