trouble with calibration

i have just got the mixvibes DVS mk2 pack and have installed it but when it came to the calibration i can only get turntable 2 to calibrate succesfully.

anyone had the same problem or know how i can get both turntables to work?

help me out, im dyin to use it.

thing you need to do..!!!!...
1).. can you please enter your serial number in your user control panel...after you enter your number that gives you access to the downloads part of the forums....where you can get the new up-date for the mixvibes DVS software [ 7.2 ] and for your u46 mk2 sound card

2)..the more info about your set up we get [ are you using turntables or C.D players )(what are the specks of your laptop )( can you please post a config report so we can all see your setting in mixvibes)..]

This update isn't certified as stable, till it is, new users should use only 7.1 updates.

i have another problem now. when i try and enter my serial number it says already used. how can this be when i have only just registered?
