calibration doesn't work!

hi there,

somehow the calibration does not work after having installed the soundcard.

i just installed maya 44 usb and it seem to work properly, it is recognised by mixvibes. but for some reason, i can't do any calibration. why is that?!

it's probably just a silly mistake. i'm new, don't know how things work... :S
i can hardly imagine that i'm doing wrong here but just for reassureing: how are the cables to be connected correctly (turntables/mixer to soundcard)?

i'm also a bit confused regarding (options) the asio setup and control panel (certain things are disabled here) ...!

i don't get it :evil:

Hi tobias,

are you seeing audio pass through the vinyl config?

ensure that the input volumes of the may audio card are turned up within its audio config app.

hi Tobias...welcome to the mixvibes community
can you please enter your serial number in your user control panel ( your profile )...its hard to know which mixvibes product you have..
do you have DVS V2 + MAYA 44 ????
or do you have MAYA 44 SE usb that comes with mixvibes DVS LE ???
REMEMBER .!! the more info we get from you ( your mixvibes product , your hardware [turntables , C.D players or MIDI controllers ] , your computer specification and your mixvibes setting [ config report ] ) the faster we can help you

i tried to set those things but in my control panel there are only three folders: usb, asio, credits. the manual, however, shows a fourth one, "control", where these things are to be set. i don't have the "control"...! (in the other folders, certain things are disabled... (usb...) should that be like this...?!)
so i checked the settings in the windows control panel but for maya there are only 3 faders (1 speakers, 2 lines) - not muted...
...

i got it! the calibration did work now. i reinstalled the maya driver and then i could do the settings as descirbed in the manuals etc and the calibration worked perfectly!

but at the moment, i cannot control the channel 2 player of mixvibes with the turntable (ch1 works well with turntable1...). the timecode quality is always indicated but i can't do anything from the turntable. how come?

my software: mixvibes DVS 7.010 (i registered the serial number etc...)

Go to the download section & get version 7.1
install the update after unzip.
