MIDI learning FX knobs not working

i'm trying to map the knobs onto a korg nanoKontroller and i'm having problems mapping 2 of the knobs (the two that control things like "sweep" and "feedback" for the flanging effect) i am unable to map these two buttons on either transport under any active/non active condition. am i do something wrong ?? thanks in advance
