Well subject says it all.

I bought the Cross software because it's a lot cooler then the Mixvibes 3Dex that came with the DJ-tech I-mix.

But I can't seem to get the I-mix working with Cross.
Any ideas?

Another problem I noticed.

I have a Matrox Parhelia graphic card with 3 monitors.

The Cross 1.0.6 demo version gave a perfect Full Screen :



The version I bought is 1.1.0 and full view doesn't look that good anymore when divided over 3 screens. :



I reinstalled 1.0.6 demo and it worked great again.

the DJ Tech Imix is not compatible with Cross.
For the moment, you can use it only with MixVibes 7 (with the MIDI Learning feature).

but don't worry, this feature will be added to Cross in the future

Do you understand that I'm not so happy with my purchase anymore?
What to do now? Wait for an update? When will this update come?
Why don't you put controller compatibility on the Cross product page? You can't tell from the demo program because the MIDI page is blank in the demoversion. Cross seems to be compatible with the Vestax VCI-100 and Numark Total Control amongst other controllers but how can people know this? It's not on the site. If I knew that I would have bought a Numark controller instead of an I-mix

You tell me I can use the I-Mix only with Mixvibes 7.
Which version is that? You guys make really nice looking products but the names are very confusing. Do you mean DVS7 or Home 7. Is Home 7 the same as the Home edition version? On the Home Edition product page it says

MIDI learning - As every controller has its own configuration, the DVS 7 is now including a very intuitive MIDI learning.....

So only the DVS7 has the MIDI learning? Or also the home edition? You see... very confusing.

What about my Full screen problems? In the 1.0.6 demoversion this works great. It's all screwed up in the Registered 1.1.0 version.
I deinstalled 1.1.0 and reinstalled the 1.0.6 demo and everything runs fine now. Except I have to restart it every 30min which is not a big problem because I only use this at home.

With my I-mix I got a copy of Mixvibes 3Dex that worked perfect. I saw the update on your site "Update 3DEX LE i-Mix Edition 7.119 " which I installed this morning. Now I get the message "
"IMIX is not connected. Please connect your controller before running MixVibes 3DEX IMIX edition"

Can I trade in my copy of Cross for Mixvibes 7?
I don't mind paying a bit extra. Or can I get a refund?

the MIDI Learning feature is implemented in all the MixVibes 7 products : HOME Edition 7, DVS 7 and Producer (7)

For your purchase of the Imix, i'am sorry for you. We do not give a list of compatible controler because the list grows up every day.

If you asked your question before your purchase, we would tell you that the Imix was not compatible with Cross (for the moment).

But be patient, the compatibility will come
