Calibration

Hi,
I've recently purchased the DVS MK2 and set it up. All was going well for five minutes, but then i went into some problems. After i tried to recalibrate both my turntables, but everytime i do it gives me the reply that the time coded analysed(0%) is too low.
Please Help

ACtually, it seems that there was a problem with my needle.

Is it damaged? Is there some dust on it?

make sure the signal is stereo too
