Taboo, I don't believe we ever mentionned anything about a downloadable CD time code. Why would you throw part of your package away anyways ?? Our CD time code is not downloadable for piracy protection reasons, so your best shot is to borrow some to test and then purchase the HD CD from a local store

No I'm not kidding you.

In fact this is included in the DVS PACK.

i know i had it ones but i throwed them cds in the garbage since i use vinyl...

Why did you do that??

now i need to buy it to be able to try it on cd instead of turtables?

I'm afraid there is no other solution...

i have a file here that says DVS.nrg that is 187 081kb including a notepad file with the file name "how to"... the notepad contains the following text:

Use Nero to make a time coded CD.
Copyright 2005 Mixvibes.

Now you guys tell me... did this file magically appear or what? im more then 100% sure that i dl from the forum... that one of you guys (moderators) provided it to us customers...
now u tell me one thing...

am i an ignorant a-hole that dont know what im talking about? am i getting that old that i have memory lost?... or is it simply the fact that you dont provide the cds anymore?
cause the fact still remains.. i KNOW that it was once available (2005) RIGHT HERE on this forum...

why i threw it away? cause im a vinyl DJ... a conservative one as well... never thought of wasting time on cd...

UNTIL!!!!
a friend of mine asked me if i could make a showcase to a bunch of djs on a seminar here in sweden and to represent the firmware that I use since everyone else uses other softwares... therefor i thought it would be a great thing to do... but since it is like this then i maybe i have to call in the event since i cant contribute anything...
and just as a footnote... ive always been standing ground tried to get ppl to understand that mixvibes is much better then the competitors... and once i had the oppertunity to prove it.. ill get sacked off.. now THAT is your solution... not mine..

isnt that great?

hi taboo, since we upgraded to HDCD technology we have not made the TC burnable or downloadable. that's the way it is now. Sorry for the confusion :D

You don't loose memory. You bought DVS1 with a first release of CD. Since version 6.30 the technology has changed to what we call high definition cd. We always had the policy to sell them & not to give free copies by download as for software update.
HDCD are in all DVS & Pro6 packages since version 6.30

so by updating software and not getting the new bundle... i dont get the benefit to use the new hdcds?

;)

then maybe its more worthy to get the new bundles then just simply updating the softwares.... that is IF you are a cd DJ... pity =/
