According to the installation video, it requires us to send an email to userserial@mixvibes.DJ, is that required?
Also, would you recommend installing the driver for U46mk2 from the installation disk that comes with the package, or the new driver 1.039?

definitely install the newest driver. and yes i believe it is required to send the email..

The presentation video you watched is outdated, follow the forum rules you'll find at the top of the page to access updates :

- Register your software (User Control Pannel > Profile > Serial Number)
- Go to the download center and install the latest versions of software and drivers
