Minor questions regarding Producer 7

Postby dyrskjødt 1980 on 11 Nov 2008, 00:20

I testede my Producer 7 for the first time this weekend, everything went well  but just have some questions to optimize my system.
Im using Edirol fa-101 set sample rate at 88.2. and using the MV7 Producer 1280sampler 8x2.

1. When the master tempo is press down on the Pioneer cdj 1000 the tones and pitch fly all over the place ? Is there any button in the MV who dos the same trick but dos is right

2. Is regarding the loop function when the skind is set on Vinyl / Absolute mode, is it only possible to loop on the cdj 1000, every time i press the loop button.....nothing happents ?

3. And Finally, When i press play severel times i a row, there seem to be a big delay and some distortion in the music the first seconds, it there any way to optimize the system to get rid off that ?

HI dyrskjodt 1980...welcome to the mixvibes family

1)... do not use the master tempo on your C.DJ 1000 as it effects the time code signal....on the mixvibes skin above the pitch fader is a little button with SPD / MT / KEY ( MT is master tempo )

2)...for time code C.D use REALIVE TIME or ALL REALIVE not ABSOLUTE...with REALIVE TIME you can set CUE and LOOPS

3)...HERE is some good info on PC optimize
http://forum.mixvibes.com/viewtopic.php?f=207&t=10682

4)...Can you please put your porducer 7 serial number in your profile
in you user control panel so you can up-date from the downloads section
