3DEX FX Problems since updating to 6.411

Since updating my 3DEX to 6.411 the #2 FX button now makes the tune sound awful where before it worked fine.
Also should the twister knob work on the Vestax VCI-100 MIDI controller with the PAD 1,2, and 4 buttons under them as mine do not seem to?

Just to add to the above post i have uninstalled my 3DEX software and reinstalled it with the disk that came with my VCI-100 3DEX but did not install the update. The FX works fine again so I'm guessing the update caused the problem. Any chance of a reply and a fix please?
