Headphone Will Not Work Wi/ Sound Card Dongle

Hi,
I just purchased myself a Vestax VCI-100 with Mixvibes 3DEX and a Mixvibes sound card.
Unfortuanly i cannot get the monitor to work at all. I can have the sound coming from the built in sound card on my laptop or the USB device but cannot get the sound to come out of both.
I have tried everything including seaching posts on this forum.
Can somebody please help?

After purchasing another USB sound card with front, center and rear speakers i can now use the monitor function but not properly. Basically i have no control of the monitor volume on my Vestax VCI-100, i actually have to turn the Gaines down on the Vestax and turn my sound system up otherwise it rinses my ear hole.
See my sound config below taken from the config report tab.
Sound Configuration
--------------------
Nb Sound=3 Nb Mixer=1
Managment Type Kernel
Device=0000.001d.0001.001.001.000.000.000.000 Latency=30

sounds like the same problem as im having, i've got sound coming out of my speakers but the sound coming through the headphones is exactly the same and i cant even try to mix without being able to hear the track that i want to mix in......

Its a nightmare because there is no tech support number, i would even call premium rate number to get this issue sorted. I have paid quite a lot of cash for this setup so its got to be right.

Can you post a full configuration report? Moreover you need to set MixVibes in multi audio mode not in kernell one.

Right i have set it in multi audio but it only show the USB sound card and not my laptop sound card.

It's set in Multi kernell...Can you set it in multi audio and choose the insternal soundcard and USB one?

It is set in multi audio but it will not let me select the internal sound card. I have already updated my sound card drivers to the latest!
