Anyone tried using one of these. I'm getting MIDI messages sent in the info box but no luck mapping any controls.

I haven't got ahold of one yet, but from what I've seen in the demos there's the DaRouter program or something like that? You might wanna double check your settings in that, but if everything's squared away there maybe it could be something with MV? I'm sure a developer will have a real answer, I'm just speculating.

Does Mixvibes see your MIDI controler driver Dascratch in the MIDI options? If so you should be able to use the MIDI learn function included in Mixvibes DVS7.

No, I get "MIDI file config problem" when clicking activate, yea the problem is there's no file there right. I'm looking for the place where darouter left the files but hard to find. I don't mind using learn if I could get to to work. The MIDI info changes in info bar when I hit buttons on dascratch, but no learn. Can I just try and throw the tks file info into the darouter file in MV, as a generic? No really sure how to write this ish yet. Am I missing something in the learn instructions. I get the command learned in the info bar. No operate controls though.

Ok so I'm dumb.....for MIDI learn you use a file already in use not blank. All looking good except for scratch surface. no idea how to teach it that.

good job on figuring that out... I think the scratch surface need actual developping and can't just be MIDI-mapped. Is it supposed to be MIDI mappable by what you know ?

Would mapping it to the jog wheel work the same?

I have tried mapping to the jog wheel section of the vci100, bcd3000, and some others. I changed the jog 1 and 2 to as follows; deselect nochange, select all four (at Bottom) jog sections, and change the command to scratch. This, at best, gets the ability to rewind the track until I let go. When i let go it goes to the beginning of the track. I don't know what I'm doing and just guessing. If anyone can help; I have found the Traktor preset for dacsratch. they really tried hard to hide it I think. I can post as a text file. The good news is i have successfully mapped loop in/out, all cues, play, cue, sync, basically just about all other controls than jog wheel. The hard part is configuring what is basically a bunch of buttons side by side to behave like a jogwheel. I also made a little scratching demo(don't stress me aight, running a CF with a mouse is not so easy)Here's the vid----http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NMHstJqAFdU
here's a bit of the TKS file opened up as a text file---
