Hi, the user Grabzo doesn't know English and I'm writing his big problem for him. The main problem is when he installs the software, the program starts to work properly. After 2 hours, a different sound appears like CD skipping or something else. He tried to solve this problem in 4 different laptops but facedd with same problem. He is a professional DJ and working different night clubs and of course this problem is very important for him. So, I'm attaching his configuration report for your reference. Please inform me directly what he should do and let me know if you need more details.
Thanks,

can you please ask Grabzo that when he does the config test to make shore to play both the time code C.D's when he does the test
by the look of the test he has 0% time code...
and with time code C.D it is better to run in Relative time or all Relative mode ....not Absolute mode
with Relative time mode you can set your cue & hot start from your C.D players

OK, I told him about relative mode. He's also using 1.0.34 driver of U46mk2. Also, he'll create and send a new config report as soon as he faced the same problem. I'll let you know. Thanks for now friends!

I don't know if this is important, but in the config report, the RIAA option in the vinyl setting is on even though he is using CDs. Would that also make a difference?

good point that should be deactivated. this user should also uninstall driver 1.034 and install 1.039. that should solve a lot of issues (among which the default configuration of the RIAA option)

After reading your suggestions, I've informed him to use relative time for CD controlling. Also, I'm attaching his new configuration report for your reference. He created this 5 minutes ago during playing with his setup. The problem is still valid and left channel has no sound output. He says only reverse button flashing (on the DVS software) when he start the CD from CD player.
Moreover, he'll uninstall 1.034 and install 1.039 driver now. If he again faces the same problem, he'll also send me a new report if the problem continues.
Add: His PC is HP Compaq, model NX6110, intel centrino 1,736mHz. The original ram was 512Mb but he uninstalled 256Mb and added 1024mb Ram.
Thanks a lot friends!

Yes, after installing 1.039 and changing the bios settings of laptop, he called me today and said that the system was completely working perfect. He's sending his thanksgiving to you all. Only last point of me, when he working with relative time or all relative, the signal quality is going around 85-90%. So, he is still working with CDs in Absolute mode, cause absolute mode receiving the signal 100% fully. Anyway, he is really happy now.
I'll also send his current config report for your reference in 2-3 days.
Well done friends. Thanks and regards...
