why can't i access my update ??

Great...I would love to contribute and be a member of this group but the log-in info requires my serial number to download new stuff...I am a registered PRO version user and the only thing I can find is an ident #,,,thats not good enough apparently..anyone have any advise?

Your profile is ok and you can access to the download area... I don't understand what's wrong here...What version do you want to download?
