Im using a Shure WH30 mic and its connected to my FA-101 which is connected to my Vestax pmc280 mixer. It works fine by itself. When I use my vinyl at the same time with my mic I hear a strange sound and the music plays low.

Can someone help me? Thanx in advance!!

What do you mean with "the music plays low", the volume drops?

have you run the install wizard... it should solve this issue.

you need to mute the inputs of your soundcard. you can do it manually through the control pannel of your soundacrd (in the windows system tray)

ok i got ya. you shouldn't use the front inputs on your FA-101, because they have monitoring activated. That's why you hear the high pitch timecode sound. Either use another input (that's what i do) or turn the front pannel 'monitor' button completely to the left, to mute it.
