Bing Sound

I have the MV 3dex. Using windows vista on a vostro 1500 laptop. Evertime I select a track i get a bing sound. How can I stop this?

hi chris hughes...welcome to the mixvibes community
can you please post a config report so we can see your settings
to make a config report ....in mixvibes go to preference > config report
this will generate a text file ( .txt ) of your settings
and then you just copy & paste the text file in this post

Make sure you add your serial number as suggested by N-Deep. It will allow you to download the latest version from teh download center.

Thanks for the responce guys but I'm new at this. How do I find the preferences or the serial number? I down loaded the program on line.

To generate a config report you say go to preferences. How do I do that?

Thanks jiel but I have read that several times. When I pull up my progam, I can't find anything that says "preferences". Thats what I'm confused about. Is it the same as "options"?
