BSOD in Vista? (U46)

Anyone else get the Blue Screen Of Death with the U46 in Vista? It happens sometimes when I unplug it, but tonight I couldn't even plug it in without instantly seeing blue.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, under what circumstances did it happen? Maybe if we collect enough info here we can maybe get enough troubleshots (is that a word? Well it is now) to somehow write an FAQ or pass the info onto the developers.

Did you tried to uninstall the U46 drivers ?
Without drivers windows will be unable to 'install the soundcard' but at least you will be able to say if it a drivers-related bug or an OS bug !

agree with the professor sounds like you had it working before in vista what drivers are you using and possibly have you updated the chipset drivers on your computer as they contain your USB root hub and can cause issues

So do you end up calibrating manually ?

I wasn't able to reproduce the bug. What hardware are you using ?

It's weird, it just sorta happened randomly. The 1.041 driver fixed it though, even when I unplug the U46 everything is fine. Could've just been something with my computer?

Ok good to know. Maybe it was a driver issue... Let us know how the 1.0.41 driver works.
