hello
i have just bought a edirol fa 66 please could some one tell me there settings in mixvibes ? i am using v2 vinyl with the latest updates but i am getting really bad drifting any help would be great

If you get your output already well set, try to give 47 db both sides of the vinyl preamp (manual & click apply) or check the needles. It seems you have 4db difference between each channel.
Do you have vista drivers?
I got an fa101 (same sound card but with more inputs & outputs) I use it with 3ms latency & it works well all the time without drift.

Its work ok if im just scratching or playing a track but when i spin the vinyl back or forwards the wav form is not responding as it shud , if i spin back it goes back and forward ???? do you have this problem ?/

I don't have the answer, I am very happy with my edirol & it isn't a mixvibes sound card. I got 95 to 100% of codes found and I got this sound card since now more than 3 years.
If drivers & needles are ok? What else? Your Vista config maybe. I had a problem last week while testing Cross, it was very slow & more. So I checked Windows update & found that after all updates it was working ok...

yes it is all very well for you saying mine works fine ! thats why i bought this card because i knew the team used it , i have bought new turntables and sound card and needles to try and get mixvibes working correct i have 2 PC s one with xp and a delta 44 card and 1 with vista and edirol all are upto date and i am using vinyl v2 which you said would solve my problem and still no joy and alll you can say is that it works on yours well thankyou very much for your great help is my only solution to buy from a competitor ? who will maybe give me better advice ? i must say i am very dissapionted uncle vibes i have spent a lot of money and time with mixvibes for you to just say well it works for me , very poor
