Hi there !

This file C:\Documents and Settings\user_name\Application Data\MixVibes\Cross - Discover DJ\Cross - Discover DJ.settings (with user_name being your user name) necessarily exists on a win XP computer that ran Cross DDJ.

Is you Cross DDJ still launching ? If you can't find the settings file by your own, you can go in the preferences of Cross DDJ and look at the Peak Directory.
The settings file fullpath is the same without "\Peak" at the end. Try to copy-paste this into your windows explorer address bar. You should get into the right folder.

I just bought this yesterday and I'm having this same problem. I been searching the internet and I'm noticing a trend with this product. I'm going to try to use the controller with virtualDJ and see if it will work with it.

If anyone has any fixes please help!

You've got usb drivers conflicts but VDJ can use it !!! (even midiox can't).
Looks like a troll...
