i registered my code and with the "-" but it doesnt work i have no traffic left so i cant download anything which really sucks ^^
so what can i do?

that email i had to sent my problem to is reeaaallly awful
i already sent 2 mails, they replied on my first one after i had send the 2nd. i've been asked to give my account name, which i replied asap. now, so many days later, still no answer..
BTW i still try every day to submit my serial
why has this forum such a fast service while the email support that really has to fix my problems goes slower than a crippled snail?
sry for my outburst of frustration here

They have done something - don't know what exactly - but it seems that it did not work for you - UNFORTUNATELY! Please write another mail with a link to this thread and your statement that it unfortunately does not work till now. If the team does not hear from you the problem is marked as solved for them I guess. So writing again is a healer ;) altough it sucks writing very often, I can understand it. Additionally please have in mind that it is saturday and the office opens again on monday morning. Thanks!
