It was working.

I have a piece of hardware that does not work because of the software that comes with it? So, how do I get the software that works with the hardware i bought ? , guess I am confused?

You have now a piece of hardware that doesn't work because you changed the OS version and it doesn't match anymore with the pre requesite specs of your older version.

Can't you understand that in 2009 nobody would knew what was inside Snow 10.6.6 that will be out 2 years later ?
So an update is needed and has stated earlier part of the limitation of the limited version that you have is that it doesn't have updates.

To have access to updates you need a regular version of Cross DJ.

By the way, this is a ION problem, you should deal with us about that.

It does not say 2009 on the package it says Mac 10.4 and later .
I will deal through ION in the future, The issue is they are selling this and people have new Mac computers with 10.6.6 on them and it does not work, period.
