First off all: I did not say that you HAVE to change the software hardware or anything else. It was and is a suggestion!

That the audio interface is not installed properly means that it is not recognized correctly by your system. If it would be you can see all inputs of your interface in the config report. I only see one! This is an evidence.

Because I am no Mac expert I can not say more. If it would appear in windows I would suggest to reinstall the device by removing the driver, cleaning the registry and deleting all left files. Mac works different and you do not have that possibilities.

All I can do for you is asking for being patient till someone knowing macs better can help you. Have in mind that I am no official mixvibes support, I am just as user as you are!

Cheers,

Steve

Hi man,

sorry to tell you, but bootcamp is bullshit for this kind of stuff.
Anyway, I´ll try to help you but cant promise anything.

1: What version of Windows7 do you have installed.
2: Which Mac do you have (Check the systemprofiler on OSX)
3: Mentally prepare to buy Cross.

My bad, but nice to see a lady on the turntables ;)

Allright, a little more i need to know.
Can you check what kind of cpu it is (also in the systemprofiler) and furthermore if it boots in 64bit mode by default? (abouot this mac->more info->software; there should be a line saying "64 bit kernel extensions: yes/no)

Also, do you launch DVS in winsdows xp-mode or regurlarly under Win7?

hm,
there are just 2 things i would try if i were you.

1: deinstall the U-Mix driver from the device-manager in win, use ccleaner afterwards (but save the registry, it will ask you to do so) install again and try with the U-Mix set 48Khz Sample-rate.

2: try running it in XP-mode.

I really hope you can get it working, but unfortunately my experience with bootcamp isn´t the best. It´s kinda like filling up a porsche with diesel
