Hey,
when you get the message that the key is allready in use than I would contact n-deep or support@mixvibes. You can also contact community@mixvibes for that. I think they can help you out with that problem. You will to send them a picture of your bill and maybee of the key to let them see that you bought it. But what exactly you have to do can only answer one of the team members.
