Hey,

when it is defective then you should contact your vendor about warranty and so on. And then send or bring it in to your vendor so that he/she can send it to fix the defective unit.

Your vendor should be cheaper for you.
Directly to us should be faster (but more expensive).

for me it's same, do i send it to Finland or France.. about 17 EUR.
as it's gonna be warranty, then i don't see other option.. well, i know people who fix Pioneer's and other Pro stuff, but it's not warranty for MixVibes, i think...

Before doing this :
- do you have the latest Vfx 1.2 version ?
vfx1.2final.JPG

- open Windows/info :
in the line at the bottom, can you see a 'presswheel' message when you touch the top of the jog ?
You should see something like :

Midi1-ch1 #90 50 7f (NOTEON 80 0) Command=PRESSWHEEL
when pressed

Midi1-ch1 #90 50 0 (NOTEOFF 80 0) Command=PRESSWHEEL
when released.

Try to not touch anything beside while doing this.

Yes, it's 1.2 Final.
when pressed:

when released:
Midi1-ch1 #90 50 0 (NOTEOFF 80 0) Command=PRESSWHEEL

all buttons give me answer, also Vinyl Mode button... but playback stops on deck 1...

Not logical.
Try reset.exe from the Vfx folder.

And voila! all worked after magical reset :) so simple solution...
