I'm sorry but I have a very limited understanding on what is underneath iTunes (files structure and dependancies).

Hi

I have the same error described in the original thread. In my case, I have iTunes manage my files automatically and use an external USB HDD for the music storage. When I launch Cross Numark iDJ3 Edition 1.3.4, it successfully loads the iTunes library and playlists, but I am unable to find the files when I try to load in Cross LE.

This used to work for me when I have iTunes manage folder on the PC itself. What are the various places from where Cross LE picks iTunes folder names? I can check to see if they are correct and consistent.

My hardware
PC - Intel + Windows XP
Mixer/Soundcard - Numark iDJ3
Software - Cross Numark iDJ3 Edition 1.3.4
USD DIsk - Western Digital MyBook 2TB wall powered USB 2.0 storage
