i have tryed re installing the drivers a few times but still no sound from channels 3 and 4 , i think there must a problem with the hardware.

i have also tryed the asio4all driver and 3 and 4 still no sound coming from them..,

If even asio4all can't see the outputs there is really a issue with the hardware.
If you think so then send it back to your reseller.
