Put it to minimum. Seriously the output from the HDCDs is RIDICULOUSLY high (some cheaper CDJs cannot handle it) so when you set the input volume on the computer too high, you are amplifying it above the cutoff range and severely distorting it digitally. You should NOT amplify the input from HDCDs, Cross itself manages any necessary changes.

well I changed the audio card for a audio4dj and a pair of stanton t62 turntables and they work great everything works perfect but I havent try on the CDJS because I havent get time. The pitch works but it skips too much but I know that is my table it I even try VDJ with mixvibes timecode and it works fantastic. I let you know how it goes with the CDJs when I get back thank you !!!!!!

Sorry for posting so late, but I have been busy that I havent touch the setup in a while. I actully found that using the pitch lock in the CDDJs will cause the audio to jump or make background noises, and even stop responding. (i use absolute mode) that also allows you to use the pitch just like regular cd even the loops, hot cues and sampler. I was never told about this but Im glad that I works better than I expected I like Mixvibes better than VDJ 7 for the audio quality and visuals. The only thing I dont like it its finding my music, but thats another topic. Thanks for the help and support

Pitch lock will alter the timecode and that's why the analyze will fail.
