time is money but nowhere in Europe software support work on w.e.
we are just monday we can't help you more than what we did.
Problem related to your computer & not to the soft or the controller.

Totally agree with you! I had to work and tune a lot till my Cross worked fine but often it needs that time to extract the full potential out of your hardware.

I Agree 100% - too many variables for computers for ALL software applications to work/setup EXACTLY THE SAME on EVERY computer - its IMPOSSIBLE - Even with Macs(different O/S, memory sizes) and different sound cards. There are always going to be 'teething' problems with the situation .

The current computers we are using are still not perfect; in fact anything designed by humans i think will never be perfect to everyone at the same time - this is the reality of the world today !

You just have to be patient, trouble shoot, and dont give up

Most of us on the forum got the software to work - some of us worked harder than others to achive this, but the reward is worth the effort.
