There is no directory labeled as such in preferences. I found ONE folder labeled "Mix Vibes" but its directly in the library, not in preferences, and it merely contains one folder "Cross-Discover DJ", and that contains two empty folders, Crash and Logs. I deleted it, and reinstalled 1.3.2, but still the same thing keeps happening. Made no difference at all. No discover DJ settings files or anything of the sort anywhere on the computer from what I can tell.

i also have this problem .. of one side only is working ...
i also update my software to the lates ver....

i changed my USB port more then one time .....
and the problem remains ....
only one side is working ...
some times it looks like when i try to scratch my left side ...
its like pressing up and down at the same time on the keboard ..
it looks like one key is making the action and the opisite key trying to make also the action ....
strange ....
if this bug will not be fixen asap .. i will return my discover DJ....
i dont want something that doesnt work good ...

Here is Mixvibes forum! Of course the software included with your Ion discover DJ passed many crash tests before an agreement for a bundle with ion. I don't ear of problems related to the software.
So you must have a set-up problem or an hardware problem. We can only correct a bug when it exists!
