Well people are still being currently charged $150 on the Mixvibes-store Share*it link, and going through direct to Share*it, its $99.(thats US dollars)
Dont really care for apologies myself, but i gather it is going to be quite a task if you guys are going to reimburse the users who have just purchased the software, huh......... :frown:

There may be 2 prices... If the price is 99 € it can't be 99 $ I think there is a bug in the $ to € conversion somewhere. For marketing the price is maybe lower for u.s? I doubt such a difference.

Got to agree. I haven't upgraded yet so I am not out of pocket, however actions speak louder than words.

A very convenient excuse: 'we were about to tell you, honest'.

So, to ask again, will Mixvibes be refunding the difference to all those who have already upgraded?

You may have promotional offers... That's different.
I can't answer the question, I am not the boss or Mr Deal. I don't know how many users are concerned.
I am not sure when this promotion begun (I asked for it in october 2008 with no luck in a meeting with mr Deal.)

The currency conversion must of been on 'share*it' in the early last century, as $150US is not equal to $250canadian. in reality, it is almost the same!(150us= 158can right now)
This really has to be corrected, as the conversion seems to be before the invention of the wheel, (or turntable). Not a good look for the company

cheers

Keep cool we got to follow that situation... It's the end of the day in France, you would not have any commercial response now.
however actions speak louder than words.

We will confirm or not tomorrow

Last but not least: Share-it interface doesn't live update currency conversion.

I'm just passing on the info I get, apparently there was a mis-communication at the HQ.
