Myself, Phadedvision and Polocorp are the English technical support/moderator’s here on the forums, though other users do help out with sharing their knowledge, and even the developer team will help with technical issues...

We are a tight community, any questions you have and support you require along with suggestions you may have for the forum and indeed the software its self are welcome here.

Glad you'll be buying MV! For the most part help is user-based, but MV employees also post here too. :)

Out of interest, do Mixvibes have paid technical support on these forums or is it left for users to help eachother?

It seems your only question that didn't get fully answered is the one about the USB cable... It's a standard USB A to B cable that most printers use... USB can go up to 10m before the signal degrades
