3DEX FX Problems since updating to 6.411

Hello, is anybody going to help me with this problem? its getting on for three weeks now!

Sorry but it seem the FX was modified in this update. YOu should desinstall and reinstall the previous version if you want it back

Thank you for the reply, the problem is i cant properly use the old version due to vista sound card issues. viewtopic.php?f=268&t=10979

Also the loop facility does not work correctly in the update, any ideas on when another update is due or a fix as i purchased the VCI-100 and 3DEX in good faith?

Hello again, just a polite message to see if there is any news on an 3DEX update or fix yet? I'm really looking forward to it. Even if somebody could give me some info on how long it'll be!

Hi Andy, we don't have a fix planned for this issue yet. But it has been listed in fututre fixes to deal with. In the mean time, just avoid the faulty FX. Sorry about the discomfort

Hello again, thanks for the heads up regarding the effects! the problem is i cant use the the software correctly as i have no control of my headphone volume so it just blows my ear out!

Has anybody also reported problems with the new release and can you give me a ruff time scale on the fix?

I'm lost here and really starting to wish id gone for the (cheaper) VCI-100 with traktor, at least that way id be DJing now!

If i cant sort this soon i'm going to have to get rid on eBay and purchase the Tractor version, pain.

If you want to use the CD version (and not the update), you can solve your monitor problem if you use ASIO4ALL.

Hi all, i know that this topic has now been tagged with solved but i am still awaiting any news on a 3dex update fix, has anybody got any idea on how long it'll be? also sometime ago i posted a question regarding 7RC, will you be doing the same for 3DEX? i would be very happy to participate if you are going to do such a thing!

If this thread is now dead could somebody let me know so that i can start a new one?

I have a couple of other questions about the use of 3DEX such as how to use samples with the VCI-100

the effects work by pressing a button on the VCI-100 using 3DEX but i don't seem to have control of the twister know, the effect goes up and down by its self is that correct?
