Discovery DJ & MAC SNOW LEOPARD 10.6.6

The D DJ worked fine in 10.5.4 until we moved to Mac 10.6.6 Snow Leopard? Now it works when you reboot and the first time you open the mixvibes 1.3.2 software. If you open the application again it does not work, what is going on? Is there a known problem w 10.6.6?
I also tried to put the serial # of the Discovery DJ and the form would not take it, so please help?

dont have any info on mac s and installation progess, but you possibly can pm ndeep or support vibes with you info concerning the regerstration on the fourm and your licence key,

i don't have issue with 10.6.6 in full 64bits and using the 1.3.2 IDDJ version.

Thanks for the reply. I can't figure what is wrong? When you load the Cross application the first time the D DJ works fine. If you quit the Cross application and then restart it the D DJ does not scratch anymore? you can't scratch. Everything worked before the SL upgrade to 10.6.6 - The D DJ is one of my sons fav things on the imac, I would hate to go back to 10.5.4 ?

If 10.6.6 was the issue I couldn't launch it too.
My guess is that you have recently add media(s) in the database that make Cross Discover crash.

Go to Users/youruser/Library/MixVibes/Cross - Discover DJ
and rename/delete/move the MVSession.mpx or what ever name is your collection mpx file if you have changed the default name.

Then re-launch Cross Discover.

No, you are not understanding the issue. The software does not crash.
The harware ion Discovery DJ does not work, you can not scratch after the first time you start the software. The hardware works the first time you start the Cross software, after you quit the Cross software and then start it up again, the icon discovery DJ hardware will not work again. I really think there is a USB issue in 10.6.6 between the icon discovery DJ hardware and Mixvibe DJ 1.3.2 software and the Mac OS . This did not happen in 10.5.4 ! No one else is having this issue??? I find that hard to believe.

The software came with the Discovery DJ hardware. When I try to put the number on the back of the paper cd wrap, I get an error that it is not the serial number. So, if someone can tell me where I can fine this serial number I would be glad to do that? This is very frustrating! The Cross software 1.3.2 came with the $90 DJ scratch hardware. Should I call the support phone number ?
