"MixVibes Not Responding"

The last 2 saturdays i got 2 "Mixvibes is Not Responding". Both times this happened when loading a track.
I hope anyone have an idea to check for a solution.
- No Antivirus installed
- All internet and network services disabled

Also this is my config file...

If for any reasons the firewire or usb stops then Mixvibes got to close. This is related to a hardware problem of firewire/usb or a problem with your sound card hardware or driver.

Do you use an external hard drive ?

does it happen with the same track each time ? i had this happen once and it turned out to be a corrupt .vpk(mediabase peak file) file causing a crash on load. i deleted the song from the mediabase and rescanned/analyzed the file. hope it helps

-No it didn't happened with the same track

i recently updated my audio card drivers but it did happened with the previous version of drivers.

If it was my sound card's problem, shouldn't this happened with an other DJ software?

Yes, this should happen with any scratch software because of a bad timecode or anything else.

So yesterday I put MV in playlist mode and let it run with an Audio8 and nothing wrong.
I even disconnect the card while playing : nothing wrong, just paused the software.
As soon as I have reconnected the soundcard, it continue...

I'll try some more tests today.

I got the same results with a new sound card. Again, after loading a track MV 7.218 showed me "Not Responding".

The same result with the Terratec ?
I don't know where is the issue because I nver had this one before.

Try reset.exe in the Mixvibes folder.
