I did a test, I just put my lowest PC to one core (1.6Ghz) and it run well even à 100%.
BUT sometimes while doing nothing with only one deck running even around 70% I have some dropouts.
I nailed the gfx refresh (there is no driver for my gfx unit so I use beta ones).
Could you try with a lower screen resolution or by running the app minimized in the tray bar ?
